A Berri Smoothie Solution

It’s almost time for Thanksgiving, which means it’s time for feasting on heavy meals and stretchy pants. If you’re looking for something light the morning after, a little detox from all the yummy Thanksgiving goodies, we’ve got something for you.

Our friend, Sany, @sany.delight came up with a tasty smoothie recipe with Berri Fit that we wanted to share.

  • Berri Fit: Entire bottle (flavor of your choice)
  • Collagen: one serving
  • Bananas: 1 whole banana, frozen or fresh
  • Frozen berries (or other fruit of your choice, mangos, pineapple): 1 cup
  • Oats: 1/2 cup
  • Flax seed: 1 serving (one tablespoon)
  • Chia seeds: 1 serving (two tablespoons)
  • Turmeric: just a splash
  • Spinach: 1 cup
  • 1 cup of water or ice to get the consistency you like
  • Add honey or agave for additional sweetness
